WRCTC is a service provided by the U.S. Department of Defense and the Washington National Guard. Registration and tuition are completely free to all students.

Who can attend training?

All of our courses are open to federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers and community-based organizations leaders engaged in narcotics and transnational organized criminal investigations. WRCTC faculty also provides training to Combatant Command military members throughout the world.

Is your curriculum certified?

Certification of curriculum varies from course to course. Please contact our staff to verify regional curriculum certification. Contact us to learn more.

Can the content be customized for specific audiences?

Yes. Once an appropriate course is identified, our staff will work with host training managers to specialize the content that will be presented.

Where can the WRCTC teach?

WRCTC is very flexible on where we can teach. We operate a training facility at our location on Camp Murray (Tacoma), WA. We also conduct mobile training throughout the United States and U.S. territories.

How do I cancel my registration for a training?

To cancel out of a class you've registered for follow these simple steps.

1. Login to your WRCTC account.

2. Go to your Transcript page.

3. Select the Cancel button beside the course that you want to cancel. Then on the class page, check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Select the cancel button at the bottom of the class page.

Why is my history blank even though I have previously attended classes? Why can't I view my certificate?

The reason that your history could be blank and showing no certificates may be due to you creating multiple accounts in our previous system. If you have done this, your records will need to be merged. Please call to request assistance from our registration clerks.

Why didn't I receive an email from WRCTC?

WRCTC sends email to the email address on your account for forgot password, and for class confirmations, reminders and updates.

If you are not receiving emails the message may have been stopped by a spam filter or may have been placed in a junk folder. Please check there for messages.

We recommend contacting your IT department and asking them to have the following email address placed on the email whitelist: no-reply@wrctc.orgOnce these emails have been whitelisted with your IT department you will be able to receive messages from WRCTC.
