    By accessing or using the website wrctc.org (the "Site"), including any content, services, registration portals, course catalogs, or training request forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

  2. Purpose of the Site
    The Western Regional Counterdrug Training Center (WRCTC), operated under the Washington National Guard Counterdrug Program, provides this Site to deliver information about tuition-free counternarcotics training, prevention resources, course schedules, and registration for authorized federal, state, local, tribal law enforcement agencies, community-based organizations, and military personnel. The Site is provided for official mission-related purposes only.

  3. Eligibility and Authorized Use
    Access to certain features (e.g., registration, transcripts, user accounts) is restricted to eligible participants approved by WRCTC. You represent that you are using the Site only for lawful purposes consistent with the Counterdrug Program mission. Unauthorized use, including attempts to access restricted areas, impersonation, or misuse of training resources, may result in denial of access, reporting to appropriate authorities, and other remedies.

  4. No Cost Training Disclaimer
    All training provided or facilitated through WRCTC is offered at no cost to eligible participants. WRCTC makes no warranties regarding the availability of specific courses, locations, dates, or formats.

  5. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, images, and documents (collectively, "Content"), is the property of WRCTC, the Washington National Guard, the U.S. Department of Defense, or their licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
    • You may view, download, and print Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, mission-related use.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or use any Content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

  6. User Accounts and Registration
    The Site offers account creation or training registration:
    • You must provide accurate, current information.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • Notify info@wrctc.org immediately of any unauthorized use.
    • WRCTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
