Basic Patrolling for Drug Related Activity

Course Description: Patrolling is a two-day course that covers the basics of tactical movement in a classroom and culminates in day and night patrolling to a simulated objective without compromise. Students will demonstrate knowledge of Tactical Leading Procedures, group movement formations/techniques, hand and arm signals, crossing linear danger areas, and reacting to contact. This class is designed for new to mid-level Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Officers and tactical teams to enhance their abilities to conduct Counterdrug activities and Drug interdiction. The end state of this course is for students to be able to safely move through a potentially hostile area during the culminating exercise.
